Begin by reconnecting with your foundation. This nurturing flow focuses on gently activating and stretching the legs and hips. With calming movement and breath, you’ll awaken tired muscles, ease stiffness, and feel supported from the ground up.

🌿 Lesson 2: Soothe & Support – Yoga for the Lower Back

This session is all about care and comfort for your lower back. Through mindful stretches and soft spinal movements, you’ll release built-up tension, improve mobility, and feel a sense of lightness in your center. Ideal for those who sit for long hours or seek relief from everyday strain.

💆‍♀️ Lesson 3: Unwind & Uplift – Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders

Close your journey with a deeply relaxing sequence to melt away tightness in your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Gentle movements, supported postures, and breathwork will help you release stress and restore softness to your body and mind.

What Will You Learn

  • In Part 1 You will learn how to stretch out your legs and open your hips. You will move your legs in an active way where you also create more flexibility in your hips and lower back.
  • In Part 2 you will release stress from your lower back. We store emotions in this area, specially when you don't deal with them right away. Besides our sedentary lifestyle does not encourage body movement then we are responsibles to exercise and invest in your health, both mental and physical.
  • In Part 3 you will drop the tension you cummulate in the neck-shoulder area.
  • When you have been working the whole day, you hardly have time to focus on these muscles. I invite you make an appointment with yourself in your calendar and just do it!

3 Lessons : Yoga for the Legs, Lower Back and Neck & Shoulders
Lesson 1: Ground & Release – Gentle Yoga for the Legs Begin by reconnecting with your foundation. This nurturing flow focuses on gently activating and stretching the legs and hips. With calming movement and breath, you’ll awaken tired muscles, ease stiffness, and feel supported from the ground up. This lesson contains 6 exercises including Savasana and rebound asana. Lesson 2: Soothe & Support – Yoga for the Lower Back This session is all about care and comfort for your lower back. Through mindful stretches and soft spinal movements, you’ll release built-up tension, improve mobility, and feel a sense of lightness in your center. Ideal for those who sit for long hours or seek relief from everyday strain. This lesson includes 11 exercises with the final relaxation. Lesson 3: Unwind & Uplift – Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders Close your journey with a deeply relaxing sequence to melt away tightness in your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Gentle movements, supported postures, and breathwork will help you release stress and restore softness to your body and mind. This lesson includes 9 exercises/asanas with the Savasana.
