Yoga can help you to balance your fifth chakra or Vishuddha. The throat chakra is all about the power of your words, about self expression and speaking your truth. This chakra is located at the throat. The organs and glands related to it are the trachea, the cervical spine, the thyroid and the throat.

When the Vishuddha Chakra is balance

You can express yourself easily, you’re good in communicating your feelings and opinions and you don’t mind what others think about what you say. You can share your knowledge effectively. On the other hand when this chakra is out of balance you are shy when it comes to communication. You don’t dare to speak your truth because you are afraid of external judgements. Besides you suffer from neck, throat or thyroid issues.
