Yoga In-Company
It has been proven scientifically that people feel better when doing yoga.
The daily yoga practice strengthens your immune system and plays a role in how you feel about your emotions. It keeps your body flexible and regulates the nervous systems whereby stress and anxiety are reduced. Would you like to see your employees coping better with stress at work and having more positive feelings? Then Yoga In-Company is something for you.
It is convenient for your employees to practice Yoga In-Company:
● There is no travel involved
● The employee can relax just after finishing with their daily tasks.
Yoga In-Company can be given in a meeting room or online via the Zoom platform. The lesson takes 60 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Whenever you need to book a shorter or longer Yoga session, please contact me.
What does the lesson entail?
● Warming up exercises
● Breathing exercises
● Set of exercises with a theme (the flexibility of the spine, for example)
● A relaxation exercise
● A meditation

Saturday: from 10.45 – 12.00 hrs. CET
